Job summary

CHC Group Ltd. is seeking a Business Manager Components to oversee multiple Heli-One component workshops with full P&L responsibility and accountable manager duties for Part-145 activities.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with planning, engineering, and production teams to ensure safe, reliable delivery. You will lead complex production environments, plan capacity, and position the organization for new product lines and market opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aviation maintenance or related operational experience.
• Proven leadership overseeing complex production operations with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Part-145 maintenance environments and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, compliant, and sustainable workshop operations with P&L responsibility.
• Lead capacity planning, production control, and resource allocation across shops.
• Act as accountable manager for Part-145 activities within the component workshop scope.
• Drive growth by expanding capabilities and preparing for new product lines and markets.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and corrective actions across workshops.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, engineering, compliance, quality, sales, and support.
