Dovre Solutions is seeking an ATS Coordinator to support our project personnel operations in Haugesund, Norway. The role focuses on planning ATS assignments, coordinating with subcontractors, and handling SAP-based processes for personnel provisioning.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of ATS-related experience, 2 years of project work, and strong collaboration skills. Fluent Norwegian is required, and SAP experience is preferred.

Competenze

• 3 years of upper secondary education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of ATS-related tasks and responsibilities.
• 2 years of project work experience.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian.

Mansioni

• Participate in planning of ATS assignments.
• Maintain regular communication with subcontractors regarding resources.
• Prepare call-offs with Purchase Orders (PO).
• Create and update ATS personnel user accounts in SAP.
