Job summary

Tommy Hilfiger is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Oslo Vestby Outlet. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure excellent service while upholding our brand standards on the shop floor and in back of house.

You bring extensive customer service experience in a brand retailer, strong communication and people management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to change and fast-paced conditions on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering high levels of customer service in a brand retailer.
• Effective communication with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with the store manager to grow business or improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly.
• Ensure merchandising, stock standards and floor/back room practices are followed.
• Communicate regularly with buying team to ensure stock availability.
• Analyze store reports and develop action plans to improve results.
• Set daily/weekly goals and monitor key performance indicators.
• Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation processes.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on a regular basis.
• Make decisions under stress and changing conditions.
• Set challenging yet attainable service and financial targets.
• Coordinate action plans with consideration of budgets.
• Clearly convey ideas and manage implementation and results.
• Create energy and enthusiasm around shared goals and values.
