Qualifications

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Experience in store management or supervision.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer service in an outlet setting.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for customers and colleagues.
• Promote a positive shopping experience by guiding customers.
• Follow and support store processes, including inventory and merchandising.
• Assist with daily opening/closing tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
• Participate in stock checks and inventory when needed.
