BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Two positions are available, with a tenure-track path based on publication and teaching criteria.

We seek candidates with strong research capability and the ambition to publish in top journals and to contribute to teaching across programs, including digital business, AI, and analytics. Excellent teaching and collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong pipelines of high-quality research and ability to publish in top international journals.
• Demonstrated teaching experience or pedagogical development.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise teaching of high academic and pedagogical quality.
