Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting Asian dishes
• Preparing ingredients and mise en place
• Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
• Following hygiene, cleaning, and food safety procedures
• Receiving and properly storing ingredients and supplies
• Keeping the kitchen and workstations clean and organized
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Assisting with catering orders and larger events
• Learning and following the restaurant's recipes and routines
