Norway’s Best Group AS (NBG) runs Flåm Bakeri and Laksen Bakeri & Kafé in Lærdal, offering artisan breads and pastries to locals and visitors. We are hiring two bakers to join our production team, taking part in daily baking from dough to final product, and to maintain high quality while keeping production running smoothly.

You will have opportunities to use your experience, learn from others, and share ideas for new products and improved methods.

Qualifications

• Practical baking experience in a production setting.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality.
• Willingness to learn and share ideas.

Responsibilities

• Make bread, sweet buns and other baked goods to a consistently high standard.
• Prepare and organise your work with the team.
• Handle ingredients with care and help reduce food waste.
• Follow procedures for hygiene, food safety and cleaning.
• Share ideas and help develop products and working methods.
