VertexGlobal is seeking an Architecture Manager to oversee the design development and execution of architectural projects in Svalbard. This contract role offers a weekly salary of $1,000 and requires strong architectural experience with international travel capability.

You will manage projects from concept to completion, collaborate with design teams, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and supervise construction documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or related field.
• Experience managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Svalbard.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and functional designs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents including drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans.
