Job summary

WaveSolutions in Alta, Norway invites applications for a Junior Architectural Designer to assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for diverse projects. Job description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Alta As a Junior Architectural Designer you will assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior designers and architects to create design concepts and develop project plans
• Assist in preparing detailed drawings models and renderings using computer-aided design CAD software
• Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
• Research building codes materials and construction methods to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs
• Support project management by maintaining project files and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other CAD software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
