Job summary

Futures Sport & Entertainment seeks a capable Analyst / Consultant to join our London team and work with leading clients on media and sponsorship analytics. You will own client and internal workstreams, shape analytical approaches, and mentor junior colleagues from day one.

You will analyse complex datasets, deliver bespoke insights, contribute to client reports, and collaborate with senior team members and high‑profile clients to provide actionable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant research, data analysis, management consulting and/or sports business experience.
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports business industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing projects, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Experience with coding and data science software is desirable (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Experience with AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LM).

Responsibilities

  • Working across TV viewership, sponsorship valuation and consumer research projects.
  • Immersing yourself in the world of sport, data and business to add value to the team and our clients.
  • Managing, analysing and interpreting complex datasets.
  • Delivering bespoke commercial insights to our clients through data interpretation.
  • Contributing to the creation of client reports and presentations.
  • Generating new and innovative ideas which add value to our team and our clients.
  • Collaborating with senior team members and high‑profile clients from day one to provide solutions and insight, as well as aid in the development of our research, software and tools.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients on projects, managing expectations and building trusted relationships.

We are looking for an Analyst / Consultant to join Futures. In this role, you will be working with our leading clients and focusing on media and sponsorship analytics. You will take ownership of both client and internal workstreams, contribute to shaping analytical approaches, act as a point of support within project teams and line‑manage junior colleagues.
