Job summary

Vervida is building an AI-native advisory and technology company focused on helping leaders connect business, leadership, organization, processes, data, systems and AI to reduce complexity and create clear action.

The consultant will work with executives, IT teams and partners to structure information, identify friction and dependencies, and produce practical implementation foundations using Syntropio as part of the consulting workflow.

Qualifications

• Ability to structure information, understand friction, and create decision material.
• Experience turning complex data into clear analysis and recommendations.
• Comfort with leading workshops and aligning executives, IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Structure workshop findings, interviews, documents into clear analysis and recommendations.
• Map processes, roles, data flows, governance and system landscapes.
• Identify friction, gaps, dependencies, overlaps, and unclear ownership across silos.
• Support maturity assessments, gap analyses, roadmaps and transformation planning.
• Develop requirements, work packages, use cases, evaluation criteria and sourcing material.
