Job summary

PTGR AG is seeking an AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions for its digital asset services and fintech products. You will work on AI/ML models, data analytics, and integration across departments to enhance automation and insights.

The role involves implementing intelligent algorithms, maintaining deployed models, and collaborating with IT, product, and business teams. Onsite in Addis Ababa, with information privacy and security responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with data pipelines, cloud services, and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in fintech or blockchain domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning models for business applications
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve processes
