Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in communications, digital marketing, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, customer-centric value propositions for digital marketing and commerce.
• Drive the CX agenda with engaging digital interactions across the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on omni-channel demand generation.
• Manage integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns using smart segmentation.
• Create a best-in-class digital user experience across key touchpoints.
• Leverage AI to improve insight, personalization, content, and campaign execution.
• Use data and performance metrics to optimize digital activities and demonstrate impact.
• Lead cross-functional projects supporting maritime growth initiatives.
