Job summary

DNV's Maritime Digital Development team at Høvik is seeking a motivated full-stack developer. You will work across cloud and on-premises solutions using a modern .NET and web stack to shape the system architecture and digital services for the maritime industry.

You’ll collaborate with domain experts, UX designers and data scientists to deliver secure, scalable software and AI-enabled products that support thousands of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least four years of professional experience designing, developing and delivering robust, scalable software solutions using the Microsoft stack (.NET/C#).
• Experience building single-page applications with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI into business apps.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable software using modern technologies.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and testing of digital products.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices and user interfaces.
• Participate in design discussions and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with UX, product owners and domain experts to deliver value.
• Support AI capabilities integration and ensure reliability and QA.
• Adhere to DNV architecture, security and development standards.
