Job summary

Bitdeer Technologies Group seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the AI Datacenter construction and energization program in Tydalen, Norway. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation with architects, suppliers, local contractors, and global teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of complex project experience, strong MS Project/Primavera skills, and familiarity with data center infrastructure, commissioning, and turnover processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting complex construction or mission-critical projects (datacenters, industrial facilities).
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor timelines and site teams.
• Familiar with commissioning phases, turnover docs, and safety standards.
• Ability to work with international teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Leader in scope definition, master schedule, and budget inputs.
• Coordinate inputs for design deliverables, submittals, and field execution.
• Manage procurement workflows, contracts, POs, and vendor deliverables.
• Maintain RFI/submittals log, drawing revisions, and meeting records.
• Run weekly project rhythms: agendas, minutes, actions, status updates.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and version control across teams.
