Job summary

You will work across advisory, training and hands-on AI projects, collaborating with our AI and adoption teams and clients in Norway and the Nordic region. Experience with Microsoft technologies and practical AI tooling is valued.

You will lead workshops, assess risk, and guide organizations through AI adoption, ensuring responsible use and maximum business impact while communicating in Norwegian and English.

Helping clients adopt AI, from initial need to measurable impact

Procano is looking for an AI consultant for Advisory & Transformation. You will assist our clients in identifying business needs, assessing risk and adopting AI in a way that delivers tangible value. The role combines advisory, training and hands-on work with solutions. You will work closely with our established AI and adoption team, as well as colleagues across diverse disciplines. Our clients are based in Norway and the Nordic region, with several having global operations. The portfolio is growing, and you will help shape how we continue to build our AI advisory services. Microsoft is a core component of our technology platform: Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric, Power Platform and Copilot. At the same time, we test new technology early and deploy the tools that best resolve client requirements.

What you will be working on

• Identifying business needs and workflows where AI can deliver value
• Working hands-on with AI and digitalisation solutions on the Microsoft platform, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric, Power Platform and Copilot
• Developing and deploying AI solutions, automations and integrations, including through skills, plugins and agents
• Advising on prioritisation, risk and the safe use of AI
• Delivering workshops and training, and supporting clients from ideation and pilots through to implementation, adoption and business impact

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone who combines strong commercial acumen with an interest in technology and AI.

• A solid understanding of how technology can enhance workflows and solve specific business needs.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric or Power Platform.
• An interest in and hands‑on experience with modern AI tools, such as the use of skills, plugins, agents and integrations.
• The ability to understand risk, security and the responsible use of technology.
• Comfortable with advisory, workshops, training or other forms of knowledge sharing.

Particularly important to us is that you actively use AI tools in your own work, pick up new tools quickly, and excel at teaching others how to apply them in real-world workflows.

You have strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
