Job summary

SoftwareOne invites a skilled AI Tech Advisor to lead engagements across data, analytics, AI, and strategic business transformation for private sector clients in Norway. You will connect data, analytics, and advisory to generate measurable business value, collaborating with data engineers, developers, and AI specialists.

The role reports to the Team Lead Management Consulting, with on-site work in Oslo and English proficiency required (Norwegian a plus).

Qualifications

• Higher education in industrial economics, business analytics, data science or related studies.
• Solid experience in technology, tech advisory, system development, management consulting or similar.
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, AI and how technology creates business value.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes, requirements, and challenges with customers.
• Translate business needs into requirements, solution designs, and prioritized development initiatives.
• Lead data, analytics, and AI engagements from ideas to production, including implementation and scaling.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and AI specialists to deliver effective solutions and develop accelerators.
• Evaluate technology and business alternatives, including build, buy, or partner strategies.
• Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout engagements and contribute to sales activities and identifying new opportunities.

As our new AI Tech Advisor, you will provide strategic AI guidance primarily to private sector customers and help build their capabilities in a rapidly growing domain. You will connect data, analytics, AI, and advisory to generate business value for customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Map business processes, requirements, and challenges with customers
• Translate business needs into requirements, solution designs, and prioritized development initiatives
• Lead data, analytics, and AI engagements from ideas to production, including the implementation and scaling of AI solutions
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and AI specialists to deliver effective solutions and develop new methods, templates, and accelerators
• Evaluate technology and business alternatives, including build, buy, or partner strategies
• Act as the customer's primary point of contact throughout engagements and contribute to sales activities, proposal development, and identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective customers

• Solid experience in technology, tech advisory, system development, management consulting or similar domain
• Solid understanding of data, analytics, AI and how technology creates business value
