People Made Machines (PMM) is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to shape impactful AI solutions for clients. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools, turning complex problems into practical business outcomes in Oslo.

Qualifications

• Fluency with GenAI methods and agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
• Strong Python programming skills; other OO languages are a plus.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models.
• Comfort working in cloud environments.
• Understanding of data management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple business solutions.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or CUDA.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• BS/MS or self-taught education considered.

• Develop and deploy AI models for client projects.

We placed 2nd in the Norwegian AI Championship 2026, among more than 3100 participants. We're building a strong team of AI engineers and we're now looking for more to join us on-site in Oslo.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools to solve real problems for our forward-thinking clients.
