Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' Medical Assistant experience.
• Must obtain and maintain relevant state and organizational certifications.
• Must work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and basic clinical procedures.
• Ability to pass basic competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Reports patient concerns and changes in condition to licensed staff.
• Assist with injections, catheterization and minor procedures.
• Schedule appointments and diagnostic tests; manage records and billing entries.
• Assist in routine clerical functions and patient chart filing.
