Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ADMS, SCADA, utility applications, OT, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • Experience deploying, configuring, upgrading, or supporting enterprise-scale software platforms.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, solution architecture, and system integration principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and enterprise application environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with distributed teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

ADMS Core & Solutions Engineer - ADMS Series 6

Oslo, Norway - Full-time

About the Role

As an ADMS Core & Solutions Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, deploying, upgrading, and optimizing ADMS Series 6 environments that support critical utility operations across Europe. You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, ADMS architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and highly available operational technology solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most technically complex utility modernization programs in the industry, including new ADMS implementations, platform upgrades, and large-scale system consolidation initiatives. Whether you're an experienced ADMS engineer or a technically strong professional looking to deepen your expertise in utility operations technology, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the deployment and upgrade of ADMS Series 6 environments, including planning, execution, validation, and production readiness activities.
