Job summary

Xibis is a leading Infor Partner in the Benelux, spearheading Infor CloudSuite implementations for the manufacturing industry. You start with a rigorous onboarding and are coached by experienced colleagues, then contribute to projects and gain hands-on experience.

You analyze client needs, implement solutions with the project team, and train users on site. You document configurations and support post-go-live inquiries, combining IT with business processes for real impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical business, economics, or similar field.
• Strong Dutch and English communication.
• Affinity with IT and passion for business processes.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to travel to clients.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Have you just graduated or do you have a few years of work experience and are you looking for a challenging position where you can combine your passion for IT and business processes?

Your challenge as a Young Professional at Xibis

You are part of an energetic team working on the implementation of Infor CloudSuite in the manufacturing industry. You start with an intensive onboarding period during which you are trained and coached by experienced colleagues. Very quickly, you get the opportunity to participate in projects and gain hands-on experience. You help clients optimize their business processes, translate their needs into smart IT solutions, and ensure that the implementation runs smoothly.

What will you be doing?

• You analyze the needs of clients and translate these into functional solutions within Infor CloudSuite
• You implement these solutions together with your project team
• You guide and train (key) users at the client’s site
• You document the application configuration and test the implemented processes
• You support and advise our customer service team with questions or changes after go-live

What do you bring?

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in (technical) business administration, economics, Business & IT, or a similar field
• You are communicatively strong in both Dutch and English
• You have an affinity with IT and a passion for business processes
• You work analytically, in a structured manner, and with a solution-oriented mindset
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to take responsibility
• You function well within a team but can also work independently
• You are willing to travel to clients
• Some work experience or an internship with ERP systems (e.g. Infor, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle) is a plus, but not a must
