Viking, a leading European workplace-solutions company based in Venlo, offers an Internship: HR Recruitment Intern. Join our HR team to own campus recruitment and coordinate internship cycles across departments, acting as the main contact for interns and managers and contributing to broader HR initiatives.

As a 3rd-year bachelor student in HRM or International Business, you will develop recruiting skills, manage stakeholder relationships, and support onboarding, training, and assessments.

Competenze

• 3rd year Bachelor student in HRM, International Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in Recruitment and HR.
• Proactive and open to new ideas; able to approach others.

Mansioni

• Lead campus recruitment by coordinating full internship cycle across departments.
• Be the main contact for interns and managers; contribute to HR initiatives.
