Job summary

Thrive is hiring for a workstation deployment specialist to optimize imaging and new user setups. You will manage re-imaging and redeployment of equipment, ensuring seamless user provisioning and terminations. Strong AD and Office experience are required, with a focus on process discipline and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, coordinating with the deployment manager to deliver high-quality services and respond to client feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks.
• 1-2 years desktop support/imaging experience.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and configuring Microsoft Office including Outlook.
• Experience troubleshooting workstation hardware issues.
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team or alone.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passionate about process, metrics, and results.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow processes around workstation deployments to include peripherals.
• Receive, recondition, and redeploy used equipment.
• Uphold procedural requirements around prioritization, communication, documentation, escalations.
• Collaborate with workstation deployment manager to meet client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback for internal teams.
