Job summary

Independent Recruiters seeks a Global Workplace Engineer to manage and improve the Microsoft workplace environment for an international organization. You will handle day-to-day operations and contribute to modernization, automation and migration projects across global offices.

The role requires senior hands-on expertise in 365, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Windows 11 and Defender, with PowerShell automation and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Workplace Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, Windows 11 and Defender.
• Experience with PowerShell and automation of operational processes.
• Experience supporting international enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Oversee Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Windows 11 endpoints.
• Support Entra ID and endpoint security; resolve incidents and escalations.
• Automate processes and improve operational workflows with PowerShell.
• Contribute to workplace transformation and migration projects and maintain docs.
