Job summary

A leading service provider in the industry is looking for a skilled workshop operator in Noord-Holland. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe operations in a workshop and warehouse environment while adhering to compliance standards. Ideal candidates should have an MBO certificate, knowledge of HSE procedures, and be fluent in English and Dutch. With a strong focus on inventory management and logistical competency, this role requires proactive participation in maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Competences in redress of Fishing & Remedial tools are a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform workshop, warehouse, and yard operations safely.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure proper storage.
• Participate in workshop duties and lead by example.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform duties in workshop, warehouse and yard in a safe and efficient operation in full compliance with the Wellbore Integrity Solutions QHSE Management System Standards.
• Contribute in a pro‑active manner to the QHSE culture of Wellbore Integrity.
• Understand and follow the procedure requirements for all processes within the workshop/warehouse/yard.
• Take ownership over parts inventory, assets and material storage ensuring that all items are safely stored in the allocated areas and that similar items are stored together in the same area for ease of identification and stock counting.
• Develop the skills and competences required to execute maintenance for the majority of workshop plant, machinery and tools.
• Execute equipment, BHA sub‑assemblies and load‑out preparations based upon operational requirements.
• Lead by example.
• Demonstrate commitment.
• Participate in the workshop duty.
• Perform any other duties consistent with the position as requested or directed by the Workshop Team Lead and/or Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Preferably MBO certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HSE procedures and workshop equipment maintenance.
• Competency in logistics and QMS procedures.
• Meeting deadlines as stipulated by customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Fluent in reading, verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
• Good computer skills to deal with MS Office and web‑based applications.
• Forklift Driver & Overhead Crane Operator License.
• Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Preferably competences in redress of Fishing & Remedial tools and/or Downhole Tools.
