Job summary

Odfjell Technology Ltd. in Coevorden is seeking a Workshop Mechanic to perform maintenance, inspections and testing of our equipment, dispatching gear to rigs and bases as required, and ensuring storehouse and workshop upkeep.

You will work within a safety‑conscious, quality‑driven team that values proactive problem solving, strong communication and teamwork, with opportunities for training, development and progression within a global energy group.

Qualifications

• Foundation course in a machine/mechanical field at upper secondary school.
• Min. 1-3 years experience from mechanical work.
• Travelling crane and forklift certificate.
• Good knowledge in written and oral English.
• Safety conscious and quality focused.
• Proactive and solution driven.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections and testing of equipment.
• Dispatching of equipment to rig/base.
• Cleaning and maintenance at the storehouse and workshop.
• Receive, control, marking and storage of equipment at the base.
• Responsible for following rules and procedures as well as reacting and reporting incidents, dangerous behavior and dangerous conditions.
• Other tasks when needed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
