Maintec is een Nederlandse werving- en selectiepartner die internationale technici plaatst in langdurige functies in Nederland. De kandidaat krijgt een vaste contactpersoon en volledige ondersteuning bij huisvesting, administratie en praktische zaken.

Als Werkplaats Timmerman – houten frames & ramen werk je in een moderne productieomgeving aan hoogwaardige houten façade-elementen. Er is geen bouwplaatswerk.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als werkplaats timmerman of productie timmerman.
• Lees- en werkeisen volgens technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring met houtbewerkingsmachines en handgereedschap.
• Goede Engelse taalvaardigheid (B1/B2).
• Rijbewijs B en de bereidheid om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken.

Responsibilities

• Productie van houten kasten, ramen, deuren en geveldelen.
• Lezen en toepassen van tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Samengestelde en afgemaakte houten onderdelen monteren en afwerken.
• Werken met professionele houtbewerkingsmachines en handgereedschap.
• Controle van afmetingen en kwaliteit van eindproducten.
• Zorg dragen voor een schone, veilige en ordelijke werkplaats.

Functieomschrijving

As a Workshop Carpenter – Wooden Frames & Windows, you will work in a modern production environment manufacturing high-quality wooden façade elements. This role is fully workshop-based — there is no on-site construction work.

Your main tasks include:

• Producing wooden frames, windows, doors, and façade elements
• Reading and working from technical drawings and work instructions
• Assembling, fitting, and finishing wooden components
• Working with professional woodworking machines and hand tools
• Checking dimensions and quality of finished products
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment

Functie-eisen

• Experience as a workshop carpenter or production carpenter
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience with woodworking machines and hand tools
• Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Driving licence category B
• Motivated, reliable, and quality-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Employment conditions

• Gross hourly wage between €14.71 – €16.00, depending on experience
• Net salary approximately €450 – €550 per week, based on a 37.5-hour working week
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
