Job summary

APS Personeel zoekt een Production Carpenter voor met name werkplaats en on-site bezoeken in de omgeving Eindhoven/Veldhoven. Je maakt maatwerk kratten, dozen en pallets volgens tekeningen en repareert houten verpakkingen op locatie.

Met ervaring als timmerman of houtbewerker, beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels, en rijbewijs B, ben je geschikt voor deze rol. Salaris tussen €2.780,- en €3.125,- bruto per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek.

Qualifications

• Bewezen ervaring als timmerman of houtbewerker of vergelijkbare functie.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Maak standaard en maatwerk kisten, dozen en pallets volgens technische tekeningen.
• Repareer en pas houten verpakkingen ter plaatse aan.
• Bouwn van houten constructies op locatie indien vereist.
• Lees en interpreteer technische tekeningen en schema's.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om projecten op tijd en volgens kwaliteitsnormen af te ronden.

Functieomschrijving Production Carpenter

For a growing wood production department, we are looking for a skilled carpenter who can turn technical drawings into custom-made crates, boxes and pallets. You will mainly work in the workshop, but you will also visit various company locations in the Eindhoven and Veldhoven area to carry out repairs, modify wooden packaging or build new wooden constructions on-site. We are looking for someone who truly understands the trade, can work independently and knows what is and is not possible when working with wood. Depending on your experience, your salary will be between € 2.780,- and € 3.125,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek.

What will you do?

• Build standard and custom-made crates, boxes and pallets based on technical drawings
• Repair and modify wooden packaging on-site
• Build wooden constructions on-site when required
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Work together with colleagues to complete projects on time and according to quality standard

Functie-eisen Production Carpenter

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Woodworker or in a similar role
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Valid Category B driving licence and own transportation

Aanbod

• Salary between € 2.780,- and € 3.125,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek

• Day shift from 07:00 to 16:00
• Travel allowance from 6 km up to a maximum of 40 km one-way
