Job summary

Maintec zoekt een ervaren bouwtimmerman voor woningbouwprojecten in Nederland. Je verricht timmerwerk en vormwerk volgens tekeningen en werkvoorschriften, en werkt veilig en nauwkeurig op verschillende locaties.

Je hebt ervaring als timmerman, kunt constructietekeningen lezen en beschikt over Engels op B1/B2-niveau. Een rijbewijs B en VCA-diploma zijn vereist of kunnen via Maintec geregeld worden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als bouwtimmerman en basisvormwerk in residentiële bouwprojecten.
• In staat om te lezen en te werken volgens bouwtekeningen.
• Rijbewijs categorie B.
• VCA-certificaat of bereidheid om dit te behalen (kan door Maintec geregeld worden).
• Gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.

Responsibilities

• Meten, snijden en assembleren van houten constructies zoals geraamtes, wanden en dakdelen.
• Installeren van deuren, ramen, vloeren en andere binnen- en buitencomponenten.
• Werken met handgereedschap en elektrisch gereedschap en timmerapparatuur.
• Lezen en werken volgens bouwtekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Volgen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen op de bouwplaats.

Functieomschrijving

As a Construction Carpenter, you will work on residential construction projects such as houses and apartment buildings. You will be responsible for carpentry and formwork tasks, assembling and installing wooden structures according to technical drawings and site specifications, while working in a safety-focused environment.

Your main tasks include:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden structures such as frameworks, walls, and roof elements
• Installing doors, windows, floors, and other interior and exterior building components
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
• Reading and working from construction drawings and work instructions
• Following site safety regulations and quality standards

Functie-eisen

• Experience as a construction carpenter and basic formwork work in residential building projects
• Ability to read and work from construction drawings
• Communicative English (B1/B2 level)
• Driving licence category B
• Valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one (can be arranged by Maintec)
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and in a team

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Employment conditions:

• Gross hourly wage depending on experience
• Net salary between €450 – €550 per week, based on a 37,5-hour working week
• Possibility to work overtime
• Weekly salary payments
• Clear employment contract in your own language, with the intention of long-term cooperation

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off + 5 vacation days paid weekly together with your salary)
