IDM Eindhoven is seeking a hands-on carpenter to join our Netherlands-based woodwork team. You will prepare and produce wooden frames, windows and doors in our workshop and install prefabricated wall elements on-site.

You’ll work with saws, milling machines and planers, maintain safety and quality, and contribute precise, custom-made components for fast on-site assembly. A good English level (B1/B2) is required, Dutch language a plus, and a valid driver's license is an advantage.

As a carpenter at a company specializing in the production of window frames and prefab walls, you play a key role in the preparation and production of wooden construction elements for building projects.

Your work is varied and hands-on, and may include:

• Producing wooden frames, windows, and doors in our workshop using specialized woodworking machines
• Installing prefabricated wall elements on-site
• Adjusting and fitting frames, including glazing, hardware, and locks
• Working with a range of woodworking tools and machines, such as saws, milling machines, and planers
• Collaborating with a dedicated team focused on quality and efficiency
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment
• You contribute significantly to the production process by delivering precise, custom-made components that can be assembled quickly and efficiently on-site.

To be successful in this role, we ask that you:

• Have experience with carpentry machines that cut, plane, and profile wood
• Collaboration comes naturally to you, but you’re also comfortable working on your own
• Enjoy working with your hands
• Are ambitious and driven
• Are open to learning new things
• Can work both in a team and independently
• Take initiative and know how to get things done
• Have a good command of English (B1/B2 level); speaking Dutch is a plus
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage
