Cartier zoekt een gedreven PR & Events Stagiair voor het Benelux & Nordics Communications team in Amsterdam. Deze stage biedt de kans om ervaring op te doen in PR en events, en bij te dragen aan uitdagende projecten, launches en evenementen.

Je bevindt je in het derde of laatste jaar van je studie in marketing en/of communicatie, bent fulltime beschikbaar en levert waarde aan projecten in een gevestigde Maison. Een internationale omgeving en professionele groei wachten.

Qualifications

• Vloeiend in Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamwork
• Goede tijdsplanning en prioritering
• Proactieve, hands-on mentaliteit en leergierigheid
• Ervaring in fashion/luxe PR/Events is een plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• PR-activiteiten beheren en dagelijkse editorials aan HQ rapporteren
• Maand- en trimestrale rapportages en analyses verzorgen
• Ondersteunen PR-bureaus met persmateriaal op maat
• Coördineren lokale fotoshoots met PR stock en leverancier-portfolio
• Ondersteunen PR-manager met presentaties en PR-events
• Organiseren van PR-evenementen en persreizen
• Onderhouden en actualiseren van leveranciersdatabase en budgettering (Excel)
• Coördineren van verzendingen voor events

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PR & Events Intern to join our Benelux & Nordics Communication team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the world of PR and Events while contributing to challenging projects, launches and events.

You are currently within your third or final year of studying in the marketing and/or communication field, full-time available and are excited to add value to projects within a well-established company and Maison.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PR

• Monitoring of publications and send editorial reports to HQ on a daily
• Responsible for monthly and trimestral reports and analyses
• Assist PR agencies by proving tailor made press material
• Coordinate local shootings with our PR stock
• Coordinate distribution and updated PR stock of PR agencies in collaboration with PR Manager
• Assist with vendor creations and extensions
• Assist PR Manager with PR strategic presentations
• Assist with organization of PR Events and press trips

EVENTS

• Update events database (suppliers, catering, new venues etc.)
• Help monitor/update the annual calendar, retro planning and events budget (Excel)
• Work together with the local finance team for vendor creations and extensions
• Control of the events inventory and be the main contact for the warehouse
• Coordinate the shipments (sending and receiving) for events
• Assist with the preparation of creative briefs, presentations and post-reports (PowerPoint)
• Collect, compile and organize information about major competitors

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills; positive, curious, passionate, precise, proactive, hands-on mentality and open-minded
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• A team player with excellent communication skills;
• Previous experience in fashion or luxury PR and Events (or hospitality) is a plus.
