Job summary

The Supply Chain Analyst role at Sandoz in Almere supports daily tasks and drives transparency and efficiency for the Dutch office by introducing new technologies. You will develop data-driven processes, collaborate across functions, and implement improvements in supply chain workflows.

As part of a dynamic multinational team, you will analyze KPI data, create master data in SAP, and help automate reporting to enable better decision making and SnOP processes.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 2–3 years remaining
• Strong numerical/analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Familiarity with SCM concepts like planning and inventory advantageous
• Good understanding of Good Distribution Practice advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Supply KPI reporting and transfer updates for the Dutch organization
• Manage analytical processes and KPIs supporting supply chain, planning, customer service and commercial functions
• Create master data in SAP
• Create weekly stock reconciliation files
• Pull data for monthly Business Review as part of the SnOP process
• Support development of supply chain via cross-functional collaboration, data analysis and process re-engineering; develop new tools or automate data flows

Job Description

The purpose of the Supply Chain Analyst role is to both support us with daily tasks and also create transparency and effectiveness for the entire Dutch office by bringing new technologies to life. At Sandoz, you will have to drive development from data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to implementation of new ways for us to do business. Here your full skill set of analytical and interpersonal capabilities will be required - every day.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepare weekly Supply KPI reporting, launch and transfer updates for Dutch organization
• Manage analytical processes and KPIs for supporting the supply chain team (planning and customer service) and commercial functions
• Create master data in SAP
• Create weekly stock recon file .
• Pull data for the monthly Business Review as part of the SnOP process
• Drive supply chain development through cross-functional collaboration, quantitative analysis and process re-engineering for existing and new processes i.e. develop new tools, setup new data flows or automate processes
• Execute ad hoc define tasks in coordination with the supply chain team

What you'll bring to the role

Essential Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field, with at least 2 to 3 years of study remaining
• Passionate about working with numbers, dive into data for insights and use advanced methods such as data flow mgmt., Power Query or Power Excel
• Knowledge (theoretical or practical) of SCM, Supply planning and inventory management is an advantage
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice standards is an advantage
• Analytical and structured mindset
• Self-motivated
• Enjoy working with a team
• Fluent in English, excellent at expressing yourself in both speech and writing
• Dutch language skills are an advantage
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage

Please note that this position is intended for students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme. Employment is offered on a fixed-term basis and is linked to continued student status.
