Job description

For an international biotechnology organization in Breda, we are looking for a Jr. Associate Supply Chain.

At this location, medicines are labelled, assembled, stored and shipped to countries worldwide. You will work in an international environment with colleagues from many different nationalities and collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial.

This is a dynamic junior position where no two days are the same. You will start by supporting an experienced Regional Operations Lead and learn how the different steps in the product lifecycle connect. As your knowledge grows, you can gradually take on more responsibility and independently manage lifecycle activities for your own products.

What you will do

As part of Regional Operations, you help manage product launches, variations and lifecycle strategies across EMEA. You connect stakeholders from Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Sites.

In this role you will:

• Support the Regional Operations Lead throughout the product lifecycle and gradually take on more independent responsibility
• Execute product lifecycle changes and keep the Regional Variation Master Plan up to date
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations and Marketing
• Support product launches, specialised shipping and end-of-life activities
• Perform labelling assessments and ensure regional requirements are correctly documented
• Facilitate Master Data, serialization, registration sample and product demo requests
• Lead small improvement projects and identify opportunities to streamline processes

What we expect of you

We are looking for an analytical, energetic and action-oriented professional who enjoys working in an international and fast-moving environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
• You are fully graduated and preferably already have some professional work experience
• A degree in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Pharmaceutical or Supply Chain experience is an advantage
• GMP and/or GDP experience is an advantage, but not required
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
• Analytical and data-minded
• Customer focused, action oriented and tech savvy
• You bring energy, enthusiasm and a strong sense of urgency

Hybrid working

This is a hybrid position based in Breda. During approximately the first three months, you are expected to work onsite 3–4 days per week to support your onboarding and training. After this period, Tuesday is the fixed office day for the entire team and at least one onsite day per week is required. The team typically works onsite around three days per week.
