Job summary

Fastned UK Limited in Amsterdam is offering a Sales Working Student role to support SMB customer acquisition and onboarding. You will meet clients in person, work with Europe-wide sales teams, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing charging network.

Based at our Amsterdam headquarters, you will balance studies with real responsibilities, manage orders, guide onboarding, and help grow Fastned's SMB business while earning €16.25 per hour plus holiday pay.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, ideally in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• You have a go-getter mindset, take initiative and enjoy working towards targets.
• You are comfortable with customer-facing and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are structured, disciplined and able to communicate effectively.
• You are fluent in Dutch with professional-level English.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Operations: Receive, validate, and process inbound orders submitted through the Fastned website.
• Customer Onboarding: Guide new business customers through a smooth onboarding experience for our Fastned chargecard product.
• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and qualify prospective B2B leads from customers charging at our stations or submitting website contact forms.
• B2B Outreach: Introduce Fastned’s commercial value proposition to SMB prospects.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain high CRM data accuracy and hygiene for all managed customer leads and accounts.

Weekly Hours: Between 16-28 hours per week

Start Date & Duration: Available immediately (6-month minimum commitment)

About the Role

As a Sales Working Student, you will play a hands‑on role in supporting Fastned's expansion by helping acquire and onboard Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers. This isn't just back‑office support, you will interact with real B2B clients, meet them in person, and build your customer‑facing confidence from day one.

Working alongside our international sales teams across Europe, you will gain deep industry insights and directly contribute to shaping the future of electric mobility.
