Job summary

TWD in Rotterdam is seeking a working student pursuing a technical degree to support vessel motion and offshore operation analyses, collaborating with marine engineers on mooring, motion, and dynamic analyses for offshore wind and infrastructure projects.

You will set up and run marine calculations, translate results into practical input for installation methods, and iterate designs as they develop, with hands-on exposure to OrcaFlex where relevant.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical bachelor's or master's degree.
• Interest in marine engineering and offshore wind projects.
• Willingness to balance study and working student duties.

Responsibilities

• Support motion analyses for vessels and offshore operations.
• Assist mooring and dynamic analyses for project campaigns.
• Set up and run marine calculations and iterate designs.
• Translate results into practical input for installation methodologies.
• Gain hands-on exposure to OrcaFlex where relevant.
