Job summary

StudentFlex by TSP in Rotterdam is seeking a working student to join the Implementation Engineering team, helping set up, test, and improve digital colleagues for clients.

You will translate business processes into practical technical solutions, build small prototypes, and contribute to integrations with systems like CRM or SharePoint, while learning how automation creates real value in practice.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Econometrics, or a related technical field.
• You have an affinity for technology, automation and AI and stay up-to-date with new developments.
• You have some experience with Python or JavaScript from studies, projects, or personal experiments.
• You work in a structured manner, take initiative to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical setup, testing, and improvement of digital colleagues for clients.
• Translate business processes and client needs into practical technical solutions.
• Build or test small prototypes to quickly explore new ideas and use cases.
• Contribute to integrations with external systems such as CRM or SharePoint.

The role of Working Student Implementation Support

As a working student within the Implementation Engineering team, you work at the intersection of technology, product, and implementation. You help bring digital colleagues to life at client organizations and contribute to setting up processes in a smarter, more scalable, and better way. You not only learn technical skills, but also gain insight into how client processes work and how automation solutions create real value in practice. A role for someone who is curious, likes to roll up their sleeves, and wants to contribute to something that is actually being used.

Tasks and responsibilities

• You support the technical setup, testing, and improvement of digital colleagues for clients.
• You translate business processes and client needs into practical technical solutions.
• You build or test small prototypes to quickly explore new ideas and use cases.
• You contribute to integrations with external systems such as communication platforms, CRM systems, or tools like SharePoint.
• You help resolve technical issues and improve existing implementations.
• You optimize and streamline internal implementation processes.

Candidate profile

• You are pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Econometrics, or a related technical field.
• You have an affinity for technology, automation, and AI, and you like to stay up-to-date with new developments.
• You have some experience with Python or JavaScript — from your studies, own projects, or personal experiments — and want to further develop this.
• You work in a structured manner, think in solutions, and take initiative to get things done.
• You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week, preferably for a period of at least 6 months, and you are living in the Netherlands.
