Job summary

PwC Netherlands is seeking a data-driven Working Student to join the TLW practice, contributing to digital transformation in Tax, Legal and Workforce advisory services. You will collaborate with PwC colleagues and partners to bring AI-enabled solutions to market and to scale data initiatives.

This role combines data extraction from ERP, analytics on GL, VAT and payments, and visualization to inform management decisions, with hybrid working and opportunities for growth and contract extension.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with data and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English
• University background in Computer or Data Science, Data Engineering, Business IT & Management or Information Systems
• Affinity for accounting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and support data extracts from ERP systems, transforming data for analysis
• Collaborate with PwC teams to analyze general ledger, VAT and payment data
• Identify opportunities to optimize data processes using applied technology
• Design visualization approaches so management information is easily retrievable

What will you be doing?

We are looking for data-driven working students. In this role, you will:

• Engage with clients and support them in obtaining a data extract from the ERP system, transforming it into the correct format so that it can be used as useful information in an analysis tool;
• Work together with other PwC teams to perform analytics on general ledger, VAT and payment data;
• Think of how you can optimize data processes with applied technology;
• Think of the best way to visualize the data so that management information can be retrieved.

We are looking for an inquisitive and enthusiastic working student who likes to explore specific applications of technology and who is a strong team player. You are the ideal candidate if:

• You take a hands-on approach and like working with data;
• You have good communication skills;
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• You have a university background in Computer or Data Science, Data Engineering, Business IT & Management or Information Systems. Affinity for accounting is a plus.
