Job summary

Buccaneer Delft is seeking a Working Student Innovation Hub to help strengthen the community, create engaging content, and research opportunities that grow our innovation ecosystem. You will work on projects related to marketing, communications, and events while gaining hands-on experience alongside your studies.

The role offers flexibility and the chance to work from our Delft hub at least one day per week within a small, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HBO/WO program.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Interested in innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and technology.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.

Buccaneer Delft is an innovation hub for the maritime, offshore, and energy industries. Our campus brings together startups, corporates, investors and researchers who are working on solutions for tomorrow's challenges.

As a Working Student Innovation Hub, you will support our team in strengthening the community, creating engaging content, and researching opportunities that help our innovation ecosystem grow.

What you will do

You will support the Buccaneer team across a variety of projects, including:

• Creating content for various channels
• Spotting and researching innovative startups and industry developments
• Supporting community activities
• Conducting research projects that help improve both our innovation hub and meeting venue

Depending on your interests and strengths, there is plenty of room to shape your role and take ownership of projects.
