Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a Working Student to support the Corporate Venturing Unit in scouting, evaluating, and growing innovative startups and scale-ups. You will play a key role in pipeline evaluation and deal execution, reporting to the Head of Corporate Venturing.
You’ll contribute to market studies, technology scouting, and portfolio growth, with hybrid work and a focus on delivering value through collaborations with Damen. At least six months of availability is required.

The division uses strategic portfolio management to add value through collaboration and proactive engagement across its maritime ventures, connecting ideas with operational expertise and infrastructure to scale promising initiatives.
We are searching for a Working Student. In this role, you actively support the Corporate Venturing Unit (CVU) in scouting, investing in, and growing highly innovative startups and scale-ups. You will be part of a small specialized team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Venturing. Together with the team, you are responsible for the evaluation, selection, and execution of startup investment opportunities.
This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to work for a large corporate at the start of an era of change, improve processes, analyze startups, and act as a gatekeeper for collaborations with new startups that Damen can invest in.
