Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an experienced Workday Solution Specialist to strengthen the agile delivery of Performance and Talent journeys across the global HR systems. You will translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience with Performance Management and Talent Optimisation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design and configure Workday functionality aligned with global standards.
• Assess impact of changes and validate new Workday releases.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Performance, and Talent Optimisation modules.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Support testing, defect analysis, and release deployment.
• Develop functional documentation and training materials.
• Deliver user support and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Work with integration teams to assess impacts on connected systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Rabobank's HR tech landscape.
