Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Workday Solution Specialist to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions while safeguarding the integrity of the global design. You will work in an Agile and DevOps environment with HR, IT, and other business domains to deliver enhancements and support continuous innovation.

You will optimize employee journeys related to performance, talent optimization, and other Workday capabilities, support testing and training, and help evolve Rabobank's HR technology

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Experience with Performance Management.
• Experience with Talent Optimization (nice to have).
• Experience in complex international environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into sustainable and scalable Workday solutions.
• Design and configure Workday functionality in line with global standards and objectives.
• Assess impact of changes and validate Workday releases.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Performance and Talent solutions.
• Provide clear solution recommendations with alternatives and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Support testing, defect analysis and release deployment.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and training materials.
• Deliver user support and knowledge transfer as required.
• Work with integration and technology teams to assess impacts on connected systems.
