Job summary

TMC is seeking a Work Planner to ensure that complex energy and infrastructure projects run smoothly. You will bring together technology, planning, and execution, contributing to the expansion and sustainability of the Dutch energy supply.

You will collaborate with project managers, supervisors, engineers, and external partners to ensure tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will be involved from preparation to execution within a strong professional network.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, planning, and coordinating technical activities within energy and infrastructure projects.
• Ensuring the timely availability of materials, equipment, and necessary resources.
• Compiling and managing work packages for execution.
• Aligning with supervisors, project leaders, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
• Managing project documentation and processing changes during the project phase.
• Identifying bottlenecks and providing practical solutions.
• Contributing to the safe, structured, and successful execution of projects.

You maintain oversight, anticipate needs, and ensure that all involved parties have the right information at the right time.

Your tasks include:
