Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a work preparer to support energy-transition projects, focusing on preparing underground infrastructure construction sites for electricity projects.

You translate client requests into executable plans, ensure permits are applied for, materials ordered, schedules drafted and tracked, revisions coordinated, progress and quality monitored, and financial and administrative tasks managed.

About this vacancy

As a work preparer, you play a crucial role in the preparation of projects within the energy transition. You ensure flawless technical, organizational, and administrative preparation for the construction of underground infrastructure, particularly in the field of electricity.

You translate the client's request into a concrete, executable plan and ensure that everything behind the scenes is in order. This involves tasks such as:

• Applying for permits
• Ordering materials
• Drafting and monitoring schedules
• Coordinating revisions and documentation
• Monitoring progress and quality
• Handling financial and administrative tasks

You work closely with field operators, technicians, and other colleagues, as well as external parties such as subcontractors and permitting authorities. Thanks to your structured approach and attention to detail, every project is delivered on time and in full.

This role requires flexibility, responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills. No project is the same, so you know how to adapt, prioritize, and ensure smooth collaboration between all involved parties.
