Job summary

Transformer Service is seeking a dedicated Work Preparer to bridge engineering and planning for transformer projects. You will plan, coordinate, and prepare maintenance tasks, ensuring safe and timely execution across Emmen and project sites.

Key duties include creating schedules, organizing materials, and supporting technical analyses. The role offers development opportunities within a growing energy services team and entails travel between locations.

As a technical Work Preparer, you are the link between engineering and planning. Thanks to your preparation, our technicians and engineers can perform their work safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and coordinating the work activities
• Preparing maintenance, inspections, and modifications on transformers
• Creating work schedules and organizing materials and work orders
• Supporting damage assessments, measurements, and technical analyses
• Monitoring safety, quality, and deadlines
• Advising customers, technicians, and engineers based on your planning and preparation

You will work partly at our main location in Emmen and partly on project sites.

• A Level 2 vocational technical diploma (MBO level 2)
• A Category B driving license
• Interest in energy projects and technology
• You work accurately, independently, and take initiative
• You are willing to work at different locations
• You are eager to learn and want to further specialize
