Job summary

Will werk is seeking a Customer Service Hero to handle service, account, and payment-related needs for players in the fast-paced iGaming world. You will engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve questions and concerns while contributing ideas to improve the system and stay ahead of the competition.

You will share feedback with team leaders and Country Managers and ensure the knowledge base remains up-to-date.

As a Customer Service Hero in this field, your mission is to provide the best possible service to players. Every day, you bring your positive energy to phone calls, chats, and emails to help customers with their questions and concerns within the exciting world of iGaming. Moreover, sharing your ideas to continuously improve the system and ensure the company stays ahead is extremely important. Providing valuable feedback to team leaders and Country Managers, and keeping the knowledge base updated, is a significant part of your role. No two days are the same in this role, and that’s what makes it so amazing.

Malta:

Your favourite mediterranean island Malta, an island located near the Italian coast, enjoys over 300 sun-drenched days a year. Imagine this… after a fulfilling work week where you’ve helped people, the weekend arrives. You decide to visit the Blue Lagoon with friends and enjoy the crystal‑clear waters and exotic cocktails served in pineapples. While snorkelling, you discover the most colourful fish and marine life. After a delightful day, you return to Malta and visit one of your favourite beach bars, where a DJ is playing and you run into familiar faces. Sounds like a vacation, right? Malta offers sunshine, sea, and a lively international atmosphere outside of work.You truly marvel at this picturesque island. Clear blue sky, white beaches and crystal clear turquoise water, it’s like paradise! Visits to Golden Bay and Blue Lagoon were among the highlights of our trip, and I wouldn’t have missed snorkelling in the caves of Comino for the world. The underwater world here is, in a word, breathtaking. Don’t forget authentic Valletta… It is a city full of historical gems straight out of a postcard. The narrow streets, cosy cafes and beautiful architecture; I love it! When the sun goes down the party really gets going in Malta, the bustling Paceville is for the party goers among us where the clubs and bars go on until the early hours. Malta more than lives up to its reputation and I can’t wait to come back next summer!
