Job summary

PVH Corp. in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Development Manager, Women’s Footwear – Casual, to independently lead end-to-end development from concept through to production approval.

You will translate design intent into feasible, commercially viable products, balancing aesthetics, fit, performance and cost while ensuring quality and sustainability. The role partners with global teams across Design, Merchandising, Materials, Costing and Production.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in footwear product development and/or sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of women's footwear and related materials, costs and construction.
• Experience leading cross‑functional development with multiple internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of assigned Women’s Footwear categories from design handover to production approval.
• Translate assortment intent into development requirements, selecting materials and constructions to balance design, fit and cost.
• Lead the seasonal development plan with regional/global partners and manage critical milestones.
• Drive costings and value engineering to protect margin while maintaining standards.
• Collaborate across Design, Merchandising, Materials Development, Costing, Testing, Production, Quality and Sourcing.
