Job summary

SDSNL is seeking a WMS Engineer to convert business requirements into innovative warehouse solutions and to design efficient warehouse layouts and processes. The role demands a strong hands‑on mentality and a capacity for analytical problem solving across Europe and CIS.

You will interface between local operations teams in Europe and the development team in Korea, contributing to the WMS roadmap, process improvements and new warehousing concepts. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Logistics/SCM or from a technical university.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics engineering (warehouse layout and process design) and/or data analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in a LSP environment and a relevant role.
  • Hands‑on mentality, eager to take initiative, seize new opportunities and deliver targets.
  • Proficient level of English.
  • Experience with WMS systems.

  • Support the WMS development roadmap and implementation program.

  • Support innovation projects in current SDS warehouses in Europe and CIS.
  • Support new business projects and take a leading role in warehouse (re)design, fit‑out and resource calculation.
  • Understand and analyze customer data and translate into understandable process improvements and innovations.
  • Design robust and technically feasible logistics concepts for new business in warehousing.
  • Focus on further enhancement of SDS in‑house Cello WMS for existing customers.
  • Act as the interface between local warehouse operations teams in Europe and the development team in Korea.
  • Gather information regarding new processes, IT systems or trends in the market to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge.
