NTT DATA is seeking a Windows engineer, specialist or architect to support enterprise Windows Server environments and connected infrastructure. The role ensures secure, stable platforms across physical, virtualized, and cloud-connected environments.

You will monitor, provision, patch, and upgrade servers while supporting AD/GP, DNS, and related services, plus PowerShell automation and disaster-recovery testing. Hybrid/complex environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Windows Server environments and related services.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Proficient in PowerShell automation and incident resolution.
• Experience with cloud integration (Azure) and hybrid architectures.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and administer Windows Server environments.
• Resolve incidents involving operating systems and infrastructure services.
• Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching and upgrades.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and related services.
• Troubleshoot performance, authentication, connectivity and storage issues.
• Develop PowerShell automation for recurring administration.
• Support clustering, backup, recovery and disaster-recovery testing.
• Maintain configuration records, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and lifecycle improvement.

The Windows engineer, specialist or architect supports enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments and connected infrastructure services.

The role maintains secure, stable and supportable platforms across physical, virtualised and cloud-connected environments.

• Monitor and administer Windows Server environments.
• Resolve incidents involving operating systems and associated infrastructure services.
• Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching and upgrades.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and related platform services where in scope.
• Troubleshoot performance, authentication, connectivity and storage issues.
• Support vulnerability remediation and operating-system hardening.
• Develop PowerShell automation for recurring administration.
• Support clustering, backup, recovery and disaster-recovery testing.
• Maintain configuration records, technical documentation and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and lifecycle improvement.
• At L4, lead complex operating-system and directory-services investigations.
• At L5, define Windows platform architecture, standards and modernisation roadmaps.
