Full Circle develops and deploys training programs to empower wind turbine technicians to operate, maintain and troubleshoot across multiple platforms. This role focuses on creating practical, high-quality training that ensures workforce competency and operational excellence.

The trainer will deliver classroom and on-site instruction for EWT wind turbines, build and manage a Practical Training Centre, and collaborate with Engineering to update procedures and manuals.

Competenze

• Strong depth of knowledge in electrical systems used in wind turbines (LV/MV, control systems, fault finding).
• Ability to travel regularly as required by training demands.

Mansioni

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for wind turbine operations.
• Deliver type specific technical training in the classroom and in the field for EWT Wind Turbines.
• Develop and maintain a Practical Training Centre, ensuring training equipment and materials remain fit for purpose.
• Maintain and update training records and competency matrices as required.
• Support Engineering with the development and review of procedures, instructions, and manuals.
