Job summary

Vestas Wind Systems is a major wind turbine company with a Benelux presence. We seek a planning specialist to optimize service orders, assign work, and define resources with supervisors.

You’ll coordinate with technicians, support functions and customers, driving continuous improvement and long-term task planning. Ideal candidates have MBO logistics training, planning experience, proficiency in MS Office/Excel and SAP, and fluency in Dutch and English, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• MBO level in logistics or related field (MBO Logistics or MTS WTB).
• Experience with planning, planning tools and prioritization.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and preparation of service orders for technicians and technical approval of service orders after completion.
• Prepare, level out & assign works for the territory & tasks of responsibility, to deliver best match for needs and potential.
• Define resources needed for service orders in collaboration with the Supervisors, e.g. competencies, materials, and tools.
• Bundle and optimize work order composition.
• Daily communication with technicians, technical support functions, and customers.
• Continuous improvement, including active search for areas for improvement, as well as a strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks.
